Dear Pierson Families,

For students participating in a spring sport on an East Hampton High School or Southampton High School team, shuttle transportation will be provided to and from daily practices. Please review the important details below.

Shuttle Departure from Pierson

• Southampton athletes: 2:00 PM departure
• East Hampton athletes: 2:30 PM departure

Dismissal Procedures:

• East Hampton athletes will be dismissed after 9th period.
• Southampton athletes will be dismissed at 1:45 PM.

Student-athletes must report directly to the high school gym lobby to wait for the shuttle bus.

Afternoon Pick-Up Locations and Estimated Times

Student-athletes must be at their designated pick-up location promptly at the conclusion of practice.

• East Hampton Middle School – 5:10 PM
• East Hampton High School – 5:20 PM
• Southampton High School – 5:30 PM

Game Day Transportation

Shuttle service is not provided for home or away contests. Families are responsible for arranging transportation from East Hampton or Southampton on game days.

Days Without Shuttle Service

The shuttle will not operate:

• When school is closed
• On Pierson half days

Please note that Pierson has scheduled half days on March 12 and March 13.
