REMINDER- Registration Open: High School Fall Sports 2026
Greetings Whaler Nation,
We hope everyone is enjoying their summer and want to remind you that high school fall sports will begin August 24, 2026 (*Football will begin August 17). These dates are when mandatory practices begin as opposed to optional offseason workouts/practices.
Junior Varsity and Varsity Fall Sports
Start Dates: 8/24/2026 (Football will begin August 17)
Boys Cross Country
Boys Golf
Boys Soccer
- Boys Volleyball (new offering, at East Hampton)
- Field Hockey
Football (at East Hampton)
Girls Cross Country
Girls Soccer JV only
Girls Swimming (at East Hampton)
Girls Tennis - Varsity only

*Practice times and locations will be announced the week prior to the start of the season.
As we plan for the upcoming seasons please make sure that athletes have all the necessary forms completed. These include an up to date sports physical and a completed registration on FinalForms. Registration on Final Forms for high school sports will open July 24 (*July 17 for football). Please click on the link, SAG HARBOR SCHOOLS FINAL FORMS PAGE to access the site. Registration will close on August 21st.
As a reminder, all student-athletes need to have updated health information as per NY State Regulations to participate. This health update needs to be completed for each sport season. The updated health information is not a sports physical, it is a parental completed health update that is required by health regulations. Please check with Nurse Poitras at the high school to ensure your sports physical is up to date. We do not want to deny participation due to the lack of necessary paperwork and registration.
